Job Description

  • Assist in managing client social media accounts under the guidance of the Social Media Strategist.
  • Help create and plan monthly content calendars for international markets (Canada, US, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
  • Monitor posts and performance using internal tools and help prepare basic reports.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Keep tasks updated in the project management system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (final year students can also apply).
  • 0–1 year of experience in social media management or internships in a digital marketing role.
  • Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in using social media software tools to monitor social media conversations.
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Food/restaurant industry experience is preferred but not required.
