Marketing Manager – Digital Marketing

We're seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Manager to lead, plan, and execute all things digital marketing. From social media and content marketing to SEO, email campaigns, and paid advertising, you'll manage and grow our digital footprint to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Oversee SEO and content marketing efforts (blogs, website content, etc.)
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Manage marketing budgets and report ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal team to align strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic web development/WordPress
  • Background in B2B or B2C digital marketing
