Now, we're looking for a visionary creative professional who can translate our mission into powerful visuals that inspire, educate, and move millions.

The Role

As our Video Editor, Graphic Designer & 2D Animator, you'll be at the heart of our storytelling engine. Your creativity will not only shape KITCC's visual identity, but also spark awareness campaigns that change lives.

This isn't just about cutting videos or making posts — it's about turning stories into movements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Video Editing:
  • Create compelling short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) to stop the scroll and drive awareness.
  • Develop long-form content like documentaries, talk shows, and patient journeys that emotionally connect with audiences.
  • Graphic Design:
  • Produce stunning infographics, posters, and event banners for online and offline campaigns.
  • Design cohesive social media templates and fundraising creatives to strengthen KITCC's brand identity.
  • 2D Animation & Motion Graphics:
  • Animate explainer videos to simplify complex medical concepts.
  • Use 2D animation to create impactful awareness content that sparks curiosity and drives sharing.
  • Creative Leadership:
  • Collaborate with our campaigns team to conceptualize and execute awareness campaigns.
  • Bring new, bold, and creative ideas to life — your vision will shape how Pakistan sees thalassemia.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven expertise in video editing, graphic design, and 2D animation (portfolio required).
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and sound design.
  • Ability to take initiative, brainstorm, and execute projects independently.
  • A passion for meaningful work — ideally with experience or interest in the non-profit, healthcare, or social awareness sector.
