Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. As a mid-level to senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • WordPress Development:
  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Implement and customize WordPress functionality as per project requirements.
  • Ensure the responsiveness and performance of websites across various devices.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in WordPress development.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Perform thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to achieve project goals.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in development processes and tools.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the overall efficiency of the development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Proven experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
