About the Role

We're building and scaling multiple high-growth digital brands across marketing, AI automation, and home-service lead generation. We need a senior full-stack developer who can own complex builds end-to-end — from architecture and API design to front-end polish and deployment — while collaborating in real-time with our U.S. leadership team. This role requires full immersion in the U.S. timezone workday, clear communication, and an ability to ship production-grade work without hand-holding.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using React, FastAPI, and WordPress (custom themes/plugins)
  • Architect and document REST APIs and integrations between systems
  • Manage infrastructure and deployments (Docker, VPS, Nginx/Traefik, AWS, Cloudflare)
  • Build and maintain automation flows using n8n, Zapier, and internal APIs
  • Optimize front-end and back-end performance for speed and scalability
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
  • Conduct code reviews, write documentation, and maintain SOPs
  • Ensure best practices in security, caching, and database optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
  • Work closely with project managers and leadership on new product development
  • Mentor and guide junior devs on best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience (production-level)
  • Frontend: React, TailwindCSS, Elementor, WordPress (custom themes/plugins)
  • Backend: FastAPI (Python), REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • DevOps: Docker, Git, VPS management, Traefik/Nginx
  • Cloud & Automation: AWS, Cloudflare, n8n, Zapier
  • Proven experience delivering full projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong grasp of web performance, scalability, and security principles
  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working entirely in U.S. hours (EST) from our Rawalpindi office

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Experience integrating AI systems (OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases)
  • Knowledge of SEO-optimized development, schema, and Core Web Vitals
  • Familiarity with caching (Redis) and async task systems (Celery)
  • Experience building dashboards, client portals, or SaaS-style applications
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus)

Compensation
