About the Role

We are seeking a Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the backend development of cutting-edge social applications. You will play a key role in building scalable APIs, real-time communication systems, and high-performance backend services that power next-generation social features like messaging, notifications, media sharing, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services using
  • Build and optimize RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support mobile and web clients
  • Work closely with front-end developers, mobile engineers, and product teams to implement features
  • Develop real-time systems (e.g., chat, notifications) using WebSockets or other technologies
  • Ensure high performance and availability of backend systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
  • Integrate third-party services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, payment gateways, analytics tools)
  • Implement authentication/authorization mechanisms and user management features
  • Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot issues across environments
  • Follow best practices for CI/CD, security, and data privacy compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with frameworks like , NestJS, or similar
  • Solid understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other databases
  • Proficient in building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT)
  • Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Firebase,and etc.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on social, community, or content-driven platforms
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached)
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy compliance in social applications
