We are now seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Head to lead our creative department, set the design direction, and elevate our clients' visual storytelling across all digital platforms.
Role Overview
At Digilatics, creativity isn't just about design — it's about impact. Every campaign, post, and visual we produce fuels real business growth for our home service partners. From helping companies like GreenWorks hit $1M/month to delivering 9x ROAS for inspection brands, our creative team translates performance data into bold, scroll-stopping storytelling.
The Creative Head will lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team—including graphic designers, video editors, UI/UX designers, and social media creatives—to produce innovative, high-quality, and brand-consistent assets. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role will define creative strategies, oversee execution, and ensure all outputs align with business objectives and campaign goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, exceptional leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing creative teams in fast-paced agency environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team and s while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to define the overall creative vision and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Translate marketing goals and brand strategies into compelling visual campaigns and creative outputs.
- Develop or revamp brand guides to ensure consistency across all client materials and maintain brand governance across departments.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design deliverables, including static creatives, videos, motion graphics, branding, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback, ensuring all creative assets meet brand standards, performance goals, and business needs.
- Partner with internal teams (Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Automation and Web) to ensure creative alignment and strategic consistency across all channels.
- Establish and manage efficient workflows, creative briefing processes, and review structures to maximize productivity and clarity.
- Monitor the performance of creative assets across platforms, using analytics to inform future design and messaging strategies.
- Leverage creative intelligence — using performance data, audience insights, and testing frameworks — to refine visuals, copy, and campaigns for stronger engagement and conversions.
- Oversee resource and workload planning, ensuring balanced distribution and timely completion of all creative tasks.
- Recommend innovative creative strategies, formats, and tools—including AI and automation—to enhance creative output and efficiency.
- Lead internal workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage collaboration, spark fresh ideas, and promote creative innovation.
- Foster a growth-oriented culture by creating upskilling opportunities, encouraging learning, and defining clear career paths for creative team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop breakthrough concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay ahead of design trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the creative department competitive and future-ready.
- Prepare and present regular creative performance reports highlighting key insights, wins, and opportunities for optimization.
- Champion data-informed creativity—balancing bold ideas with measurable impact.
- Be involved in the holistic development and upkeep of brand voice, guides, and output, ensuring that every piece of communication is working towards the same goal and vision.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and account managers to translate client goals into strategic creative direction that aligns with measurable ROI outcomes. Listen in on client strategy calls or presentations to align on vision and brand storytelling.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of creative experience in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, manage multiple projects, and deliver outstanding creative results.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video editing, branding, and digital creatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or equivalent design tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid advertising, web) and how creative impacts performance.
- Excellent creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to translate business objectives into powerful visual stories.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and lead under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with USA-based digital marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and ad specs for performance creatives.
- Experience in branding, campaign ideation, and A/B creative testing.
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana for creative workflow management.
