Job Description:

We are currently hiring

Ibex Tower, Karachi
. This is an
evening and night shift
role where you will be responsible for providing
online medical consultation
and support to patients through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely
    online medical consultation
    to patients.
  • Review patient history and symptoms to suggest appropriate advice or treatment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of all patient records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality healthcare services.
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong communication with patients.

Requirements:

  • MBBS degree
    from a recognized institution.
  • Completed house job
    (mandatory).
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Comfortable working
    evening and night shifts
    .
  • Ability to join
    immediately
    will be an added advantage.
