Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Counsellor (UK Market) to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling, particularly for the UK higher education sector, and a proven track record of guiding students through the admission and visa processes.
This role requires an individual who can provide personalized counselling, manage applications efficiently, and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one counselling to students and parents regarding study opportunities in the UK.
• Assist students with career planning, course selection, and university applications.
• Guide students through the admissions, compliance, and visa processes.
• Maintain updated knowledge of UK universities, scholarships, entry requirements, and visa policies.
• Conduct educational seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions for prospective students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student recruitment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on student applications.

Qualifications & Skills
• 2–3 years of proven experience in education counselling, preferably with a focus on the UK market.
• Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Prior experience in the educational consulting industry is a strong advantage.
