Position Overview

We're looking for a proactive and strategic Email Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building strong outreach campaigns to connect with potential U.S. business clients. You'll use targeted email strategies to drive interest, nurture relationships, and generate new client opportunities for our agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage lead generation email campaigns to attract U.S.-based business owners.
  • Research potential clients and develop outreach lists using online tools and databases.
  • Write and optimize professional, conversion-focused email sequences.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions).
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized contact database.
  • Stay updated on best practices in B2B cold email marketing and deliverability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or agency-based email marketing.
  • Proven record of generating leads or clients through email outreach.
  • Strong knowledge of email automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Understanding of cold email strategy, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business communication style.
