Senior Full Stack Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5-6 years of experience across diverse technologies to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, cloud deployment, and database management. You will work on complex projects involving PHP (Laravel, Lumen, WordPress), Javascript (React JS, NextJS, Node JS), Python (Django) is a plus, and PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, as well as contribute to frontend tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Architect and build highly scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using PHP & JavaScript (Laravel, Lumen, Express JS, Nest JS).

• Integrations with Client Ends: Architect and build highly scalable, secure, and efficient

• front-end systems using HTML, CSS (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI) & JavaScript (React JS, Next JS).

• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, manage integrations, and ensure data integrity across relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.

• Cloud Deployment: Deploy, manage, and maintain AWS infrastructure and services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) for application deployment and scaling.

• API Development: Develop robust, RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate with front-end applications and third-party services.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

• Code Quality: Maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices for version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing improvements and innovations where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on PHP & Javascript (Laravel, Lumen, React JS, Next JS)

• Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP with hands-on experience in Laravel, Lumen, and Node JS frameworks.

• Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience in AWS services and deployment (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).

• Database Skills: Strong knowledge of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

• Frontend Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.

• API & Microservices: Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in Laravel, Express for backend development, with additional knowledge of Python(Django) as a plus.

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React & Next JS.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time data communication.

• Experience building e-commerce systems or data-driven apps.

• 6 years of total experience with 4 years dedicated to backend development, including expertise in building RESTful APIs
