This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Product Manager (Software Development) at Enscyd Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Rawalpindi with some flexibility for remote work.

The Assistant Product Manager will support the Product Manager in defining, planning, and executing software product strategies. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative digital products. The candidate will assist in gathering requirements, preparing documentation, tracking progress, and helping prioritize features based on user needs and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and sprint planning
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for task and project tracking
  • Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and user journey mapping is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience or internship in product or project management within a software company is preferred
