Eximus Education, an award-winning online tutoring company, is seeking experienced and dedicated freelance Online Tutors for Mathematics to provide high-impact lessons to university and professional-level students. As an online tutor, you will help learners achieve their academic goals, strengthen their mathematical skills, and build confidence in preparation for exams such as GCSE and A-levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging and effective online tutoring sessions in Mathematics
  • Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor lessons to their individual needs
  • Prepare and deliver interactive lessons that enhance problem-solving and conceptual understanding
  • Communicate effectively with students (and parents where appropriate) to discuss progress and learning goals

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in Mathematics or a related field
  • Must have experience tutoring GCSE and A-level Mathematics
  • Must be familiar with major UK exam boards such as AQA, OCR, and Edexcel
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Relevant tutoring or teaching experience (online)
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and digital whiteboards
  • Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for online tutoring

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a closely related field
  • Experience with online tutoring platforms
  • Ability to support students with exam preparation, coursework, and problem-solving strategies
