Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role located in Faisalabad. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing professional healthcare services, administering first aid, supporting health-related training initiatives, and ensuring overall workplace health and safety standards. The role includes direct communication with team members to assess and address health concerns, as well as contributing to healthcare improvement efforts within the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) protocols and hands-on healthcare practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and leadership.
• An understanding of medical principles and healthcare systems to address and manage health-related concerns.
• Experience in conducting training sessions related to healthcare or safety protocols.
• Relevant certifications, degrees, or licenses in healthcare or medical fields are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment and respond promptly to emergencies.
