Requirements:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance.

Experience

: 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Job PROFILE:

  • Perform regular reconciliation of company bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Prepare cheques, process vendor/supplier payments and maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Accurately record purchase bills, vendor invoices and company expenses while ensuring they are correctly coded and reconciled with supporting documents.
  • Assist in the calculation, preparation and filing of Sales Tax and Withholding Tax in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records; assist in preparing periodic financial reports to support audits and management reviews.
