Position Title: Assistant Grooming- Incharge

Location: Islamabad/RWP

Position Overview

The Assistant Grooming Incharge is responsible for ensuring that all hostesses, stewards, and bus staff maintain the highest standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform presentation. This role supports the Grooming Incharge in conducting daily checks, enforcing company grooming policies, and upholding a professional brand image across all customer-facing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily uniform and grooming checks for hostesses, stewards, and bus staff before duty.
• Ensure compliance with company grooming standards, including attire, hygiene, and overall appearance.
• Assist in training new staff on grooming guidelines and proper presentation.
• Maintain a checklist and report non-compliance or grooming issues to the Grooming Incharge.
• Support in monitoring uniform inventory and report shortages, damages, or replacements required.
• Provide corrective feedback to staff and escalate recurring issues.
• Assist in organizing periodic grooming refresher sessions or workshops.
• Ensure company image is represented positively through staff presentation at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in grooming/appearance management will be an advantage.

Work Conditions

• On-ground presence with staff across shifts.
• Flexible hours depending on operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
