We are looking for a committed and compassionate Associate Psychologist to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Assist in designing and implementing individualized therapeutic and intervention plans.
  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to integrate psychological support into daily routines.
  • Monitor, document, and track students' progress while adjusting interventions when required.
  • Support awareness sessions and workshops for parents and staff on mental health and student well-being.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical psychological practices at all times.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Psychologist, Associate Psychologist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of child psychology, developmental challenges, and therapeutic interventions.
  • A patient, empathetic, and professional personality.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate/Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical/Applied/Educational).
