Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Trainer, located in Faisalabad. The E-commerce Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing curriculum and training materials, and facilitating hands-on workshops. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, assessing trainees' progress, providing feedback, and staying updated with the latest trends in e-commerce. The E-commerce Trainer will also collaborate with other instructors to ensure comprehensive training delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, online marketing, and digital storefronts
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
  • Strong teaching, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT education sector is a plus
