LOCATION: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 6, Karachi

Nanosoft Technologies is seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Go (Golang) and Python (Django) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for one of it's client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern databases, cloud platforms, and API development, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:·

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
  • Develop applications using Python (Django) and Golang.
  • Design and manage robust APIs for integrations.
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Implement security and data protection best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor juniors.
  • Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years in backend development with Python & Django.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Golang.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, ORM.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Elasticsearch, Celery.
  • Expertise in REST API design & testing frameworks (PyTest, Postman).
  • 2+ years working with AWS or GCP.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Bash, Git.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-performance apps.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
