We are expanding our team and looking for talented Video Editors who are passionate about visual storytelling.
Position Overview:
We are hiring for two positions:
- Video Editor Intern (Leading to a Full-Time Role)
- Experienced Video Editor (1–2 Years of Relevant Experience Required)
Both roles are onsite at our office in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The selected candidates will be responsible for editing engaging and high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects. You will also contribute fresh ideas and creative input to elevate the production value and storytelling quality.
Note: These roles are open to graduates only. Students currently enrolled in degree programs are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles):
- Edit raw footage into polished video content suitable for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
- Add sound effects, background music, graphics, and visual effects
- Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Stay updated with current video trends, social media formats, and editing styles
- Manage timelines and meet project deadlines
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming and concept development sessions
Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Role:
- Handle complex video projects with minimal supervision
- Provide guidance or feedback to junior team members or interns if required
- Bring expertise in color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality
Requirements for All Applicants:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Graduates only – students currently enrolled are not eligible
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- A good eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics
- Basic knowledge of sound design and motion graphics
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Additional Requirements for Experienced Editors:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing
- Strong portfolio with examples of professional video projects
- Familiarity with advanced editing techniques and motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
- Experience in editing content for brand storytelling, advertising, or social media campaigns
