Order Checker

Job Title: Order Checker & Dispatcher / Customer Support – Retail Store (Karachi)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring smooth order processing by verifying customer orders, confirming details with customers over the phone, coordinating dispatch activities, and supporting branch sales executives to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Check and verify customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and availability of stock.

· Confirm order details with customers via phone before processing.

· Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied.

· Record and update order details in the system/POS accurately.

· Coordinate with delivery teams/riders for timely dispatch of orders.

· Prepare dispatch schedules and ensure proper packaging of items.

· Track dispatched orders and ensure customers receive products on time.

· Handle any delivery-related complaints or issues promptly.

· Call customers to confirm orders and provide delivery timelines.

· Respond to customer queries regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.

· Maintain professional and polite communication to enhance customer experience.

· Assist Branch Sales Executives in daily operations and sales (if required)

Qualifications & Skills:

· Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree (preferred).

· 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, order management, or customer service.

· Strong communication & organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Work Conditions:

· Location: DHA – Phase 8 – Karachi

· Work Hours: Full-time
