Subject: Montessori, English, Math & Science.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students in assign classes (Playgroup to Matric).

· Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.

· Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance academic and personal growth.

· Develop and implement educational materials and activities that cater to diverse learning styles.

· Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development and address any concerns.

· Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a cohesive and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

· Montessori diploma or understanding of Montessori education.

· Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a junior or early childhood education setting.

· Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
