We are looking for a highly skilled
Automation Engineer
who specializes in n8n, , and Zapier to build end-to-end automation workflows across marketing, operations, sales, finance, and AI-powered systems. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, understands APIs deeply, and can turn manual business processes into scalable automated solutions with measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using n8n, , and Zapier

Integrate third-party tools such as CRMs, email systems, payment gateways, AI APIs, databases, and webhooks

• Automate repetitive business processes across marketing, lead generation, customer onboarding, HR, finance, and AI chatbot workflows
• Build custom logic using API calls (REST, GraphQL), JSON transformations, and conditional routing
• Implement error handling, workflow monitoring, and optimization for scalability
• Document workflows, create reusable automation templates, and maintain version control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into workflows to enhance intelligence and personalization

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in n8n (must have), , and Zapier
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and authentication flows
• Experience connecting tools like HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, Typeform, Webflow, Stripe, Calendly, Twilio, and Notion
• Ability to write custom code modules (JavaScript/Python) within automation platforms when required
• Familiarity with AI automation: LLM prompts, embeddings, chatbots, agentic workflows
• Strong problem-solving and logical architecture skills
• Experience in building multi-step automations with conditional logic, looping, error retries, and data mapping
• Bonus: Experience with databases (Supabase, Firebase, Postgres), cloud services (AWS, GCP), or RPA tools
