Onsite – G-11 Markaz, Islamabad


Timings:
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Shift)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Technical Proposal Writer (1–2 years of experience)
who can craft compelling, technically sound, and persuasive proposals for international clients. You'll collaborate closely with our technical and business development teams to shape proposals.

What You'll Do:

  • Write, edit, and structure
    technical and business proposals
    for IT and AI-related projects.
  • Translate
    complex technical concepts
    into clear, engaging, and client-friendly language.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on
    scope, pricing, and documentation.
  • Maintain a
    proposal content repository
    for efficient reuse.
  • Ensure high-quality, polished, and timely submissions.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, English, or Business.

1–2 years of experience in
technical proposal writing
(preferably in IT services).

Excellent
English writing and communication skills.

Understanding of
software, cloud, and AI/ML technologies.

Attention to detail, creativity, and ownership mindset.

Ability to work during
US business hours (6 PM – 3 AM).
