Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving problems through design, has a strong portfolio, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.

· Design user interfaces for mobile apps, web platforms, and internal tools.

· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

· Translate concepts into user-friendly, intuitive, and functional interfaces.

· Maintain consistency in design standards and ensure a cohesive experience across platforms.

· Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the local and global design community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.

· Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
,
Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, etc.

· Solid understanding of
responsive design, typography
, and
visual hierarchy.

· Experience in creating
interactive prototypes
and conducting
user testing.

· Strong knowledge of
user-centered design principles
and best practices.

· Familiarity with
Agile
product development processes.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:

· Experience with
HTML/CSS,
or front-end development (not required but a plus).

· Experience working in
fintech
or
digital services
startups.

· Knowledge of
accessibility standards
and inclusive design.

· Basic understanding of
design systems
and component-based UI.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in
Design, Computer Science
, or a related field.

· –4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
