Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Junior Human Resources Manager. Based in Rawalpindi, the role includes the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The responsibilities include talent acquisition, conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting with HR policies, and supporting onboarding and training processes. The Junior HR Manager will also help foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, including record-keeping and scheduling.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for fostering a collaborative workplace environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with an ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employment laws.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic professional setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in resource planning or exposure to technology-driven industries is a plus.
