About the Role:

We are looking for a
Senior Data Analytics & Power BI Specialist
to lead data-driven initiatives and transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Power BI, SQL, and data modeling
, along with the ability to build scalable BI solutions that empower strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize
    Power BI dashboards
    and reports for real-time insights.
  • Aggregate, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud).
  • Design and implement
    ETL processes
    and automated data pipelines.
  • Write and optimize complex
    SQL (MySQL)
    queries for performance and accuracy.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define
    KPIs and performance metrics
    .
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, security, and consistency
    across systems.
  • Document processes, data architecture, and analytical logic.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support
    data governance
    initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics
    , or related field.
  • 4+ years
    of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Advanced expertise in
    Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visuals)
    .
  • Strong command of
    SQL/MySQL
    for large-scale data optimization.
  • Experience with
    ETL tools
    , data pipelines, and
    Python or R
    for scripting/automation.
  • Strong understanding of
    data warehousing
    and relational databases.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    AWS / Azure BI tools
    (QuickSight, Synapse).
  • Familiarity with
    Big Data tools
    (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Exposure to
    predictive analytics or machine learning
    .
  • Domain expertise in
    finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS
    is a plus.
