We are an early-stage tech startup building an intelligent, cloud-based platform using Java (Spring Boot), React, and PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS.

Our approach is driven by innovation and efficiency, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and improve quality across the software lifecycle.


The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer who is equally strong in backend and frontend development and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate with our core technical team to design, develop, and deploy scalable features and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot).

Build modern, responsive web interfaces using React.

Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases.

Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in AWS.

Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to improve productivity and code quality.

Communicate clearly and effectively in English with a distributed team.

Contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and take ownership of development outcomes.


Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Java and React.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, state management, and microservice architecture.

Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Familiarity with AWS deployment and environment setup.

Proven ability to use AI tools effectively in development and documentation.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.

Knowledge of AI/ML integrations in web applications.

Previous experience working with startups or remote teams.
