Our Client, a leading name in the steel industry is looking to hire for the following role:

Core Job Responsivities:

Some of the core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Looks after all disputed recovery & legal affairs throughout Pakistan.
  • Draft and finalize legal contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents with Dealers/Retailers, agencies, govt organizations and other third parties.
  • Looks after all disputed matters with Dealers/Retailers including disputed/debt payment recoveries on timely basis.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, tax, and environmental laws relevant to the steel manufacturing industry in Pakistan.
  • Liaise with government authorities on legal matters.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings including civil, criminal, labor, and tax cases.
  • Monitor and interpret new laws, regulations, and industry practices impacting the business.
  • This role requires frequent traveling to different cities/Provinces in order to fulfill job requirements.
  • And all other related tasks advised by management

Eligibility:

Experience Required:

1-3 years in Private Sector (s) in relevant field

Qualification:

Retired Lt. Col/full Colonel (ISI/MI experience)
