About the Role

Defqon Digital is hiring a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with proven experience in PPC and B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    Google Ads
    (Search, Display, Remarketing).
  • Run and manage
    LinkedIn Ads
    (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Video).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and persona-based audience targeting.
  • Work with design/dev teams on landing pages and conversion optimization.
  • Implement tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies.
  • Produce weekly reports with actionable insights (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROI).
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
  • 1–2 years of LinkedIn Ads experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet lead generation KPIs.
  • Good communication skills and ad copywriting ability.
  • Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
