Job Title: Full Stack Developer - MERN

Location: Bahadurabad

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Full Stack Developer - MERN to join our client's fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building end-to-end solutions, understands both front-end and back-end development deeply, and is eager to contribute to scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
  • Work with the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ) or similar technologies.
  • Manage deployment pipelines, staging environments, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Use Docker for containerization and efficient environment management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Research and integrate AI tools or APIs into real-world applications where relevant.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize code for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and be willing to work stack-independent (learn and switch between tech stacks as needed).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience working on live or production-level web applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with both frontend and backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with the MERN stack or similar full-stack frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Docker and deployment workflows (AWS, Render, Vercel, DigitalOcean, etc.).
  • Basic understanding or implementation experience of AI/ML APIs or libraries (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain).
  • Strong understanding of Git and version control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Hunger to learn continuously and explore new technologies beyond your comfort zone.

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Knowledge of microservices or serverless architecture.
  • Exposure to , Python (FastAPI/Django), or other backend frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time
