Timing:
8 PM to 5 AM, 5 days a week (aligned with US business hours)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, MySQL, , , (MERN), and Python.
  • Build data pipelines to process, transform, and load Excel/CSV data into relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Design, build, and optimize backend services, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
  • Develop interactive React-based dashboards using modern UI and visualization libraries (such as Material UI, Ant Design, TanStack Table, and Recharts).
  • Optimize database queries and schema design for high-volume transactional systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring smooth user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver feature-rich solutions.
  • Work with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Functions) for deployment and scalability.
  • Implement best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD and version control (Git).

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 4+ years of experience in Full Stack development using MERN Stack & Python.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, , , , MongoDB, and Python (Django/Flask).
  • Experience with building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Proficiency in front-end development with , including state management (Redux, Context API), building reusable UI components, and working with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
  • Strong knowledge of async programming, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and WebSockets.
  • Experience with middleware patterns, file handling, and error management.
  • Strong understanding of database design & management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Proven ability to optimize backend performance, including query optimization, caching, and large data handling.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to write efficient and scalable code with a focus on performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
    and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker basics).
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to deliver scalable solutions.
