Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sand Binder located in Sindh, Pakistan. The Sand Binder will be responsible for binding sand molds for casting, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the molds, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The Sand Binder will collaborate with other team members to meet production goals, troubleshoot issues with sand molds, and adhere to safety standards and procedures. Daily tasks also include operating machinery, inspecting finished products, and performing routine maintenance.

• Experience with sand mold binding and casting techniques
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Ability to operate and maintain machinery used in sand binding
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in relevant field is a plus
