About the Job:
Supply Chain Officer

As a Procurement Executive, you are required to have procurement or purchasing experience. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management. Proficiency in MS Office Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

-
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for the best pricing and terms.

  • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and supply.

  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

  • Review and analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance,warehouse) for smooth procurement operations.

  • Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and invoices

Location: Karachi

Timings: 12pm - 9pm

Experience: 2-4 years

Education: BBA supply chain - Administration
