To strengthen our technical team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with strong expertise in software testing and quality control.

Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance EngineerKey Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues and define solutions.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing across multiple platforms.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using project management and QA tools.
  • Establish and maintain QA standards, best practices, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the user experience and system performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar QA role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman).
  • Proficiency in writing and executing test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with API testing and performance testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
