As a
Customer Sales Specialist
, you will be the bridge between our customers and our solutions — identifying needs, presenting products, and ensuring every interaction builds trust and drives business growth. You'll manage incoming leads, reach out to potential clients, and maintain ongoing relationships to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing customers via phone or email to promote our products and services.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (Telesales and healthcare is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
