Job Responsibility

• Coordinate with regional teams for HPP gifts redeem management
• Feedback collection about HPP usage and training management
• Assist in product launch event/seminar/webinar, online and offline.
• Willing to visit markets and support on-ground activities as required
• Support Marcom team for preparation of Product technical videos
• Support technical and Marcom team for key product promotion in DPP shops

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) . Fresh graduates is avaliable.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
• Familiarity with networking and internet technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• installers-focused mindset and a desire to provide exceptional service
