The Role: Second-in-Command Leadership Position

You'll be the CEO's right hand, managing every aspect of our business operations. This is a high-level leadership role where you'll control:

• Hiring & firing team members
• Budget negotiations and outsourcing projects
• Client relationships
• Strategic execution

When the CEO develops strategy, you make it reality.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Managing complete business operations (sales, marketing, operations, client delivery)
• Hiring and firing team members based on performance
• Negotiating budgets and outsourcing projects beyond our team's scope
• Building automated systems that run without constant supervision
• Handling everything from VA-level tasks to million-dollar strategy execution
• Leading client meetings and presentations with confidence
• Generating high revenue through strategic implementation
• Scaling the company through systematic growth processes

Compensation & Growth Trajectory

• Starting Salary: ₨30,000/month
• Performance-based Increases: Up to ₨100,000+ (immediate raises based on results)
• Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM, Sunday off

• System Building: You create processes that run automatically
• Technical Knowledge: Flutter, Java, PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce familiarity
• Clear English Communication: Confident speaking with excellent accent

Experience Requirements

• Mixed industry background (we don't want specialists)
• Problem-solving across different domains and challenges
• Comfortable with unpredictable, varied daily tasks
• Agency or high-growth startup experience preferred
