Senior QA Engineer
who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of our software solutions. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team, shape testing practices, and drive automation excellence across projects.

What You'll Do

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will:

  • Design & Build:
    Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Java, and JMeter.
  • Strategize Testing:
    Identify high-value automation opportunities and prioritize them based on risk and business impact.
  • Ensure Quality:
    Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report issues with precision.
  • Collaborate Closely:
    Partner with developers and product teams to uncover quality issues early in the SDLC.
  • Improve Continuously:
    Enhance testing methodologies, practices, and standards across the QA function.
  • Automate Delivery:
    Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) for continuous quality validation.
  • Manage Environments:
    Develop and maintain test data, environments, and supporting infrastructure for automation.
  • Review & Guide:
    Participate in code reviews, ensuring testability and adherence to quality best practices.
  • Troubleshoot & Optimize:
    Debug automation frameworks and scripts, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Stay Ahead:
    Keep pace with evolving tools, frameworks, and best practices in test automation.
  • Document Clearly:
    Write concise test plans, cases, and results for transparent communication.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    2–5 years in QA, with a strong focus on
    test automation
    .
  • Technical Depth:
  • Hands-on with at least one major automation framework (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright).
  • Proficient in a programming language such as
    Java, Python, or JavaScript
    .
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Tooling Knowledge:
    Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) and CI/CD systems.
  • Mindset:
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
