We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with deep expertise in and Tailwind CSS, who can deliver pixel-perfect, production-grade UIs and also understands backend fundamentals. The ideal candidate should be able to translate Figma/PSD designs into fully functional, performant, and responsive applications, while incorporating modern frontend engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement pixel-perfect UIs from Figma, PSD, and Sketch designs with clean, semantic code.
  • Develop reusable, scalable, and modular UI components using (Hooks, Context API, React Router, Suspense, Lazy Loading).
  • Style applications with Tailwind CSS using utility-first best practices and custom configuration when needed.
  • Create high-performance animations and micro-interactions using GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform).
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG standards), and responsive design.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs / GraphQL endpoints, manage asynchronous data fetching, and handle complex state management.
  • Optimize for Lighthouse performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and ensure seamless frontend–backend integration.
  • Apply code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization , useMemo, useCallback), and other techniques for performance optimization.
  • Participate in code reviews, linting (ESLint/Prettier), and Git-based workflows (GitFlow/PR reviews).
  • Write unit tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress to ensure code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong command over (functional components, Hooks, lifecycle, HOCs, custom hooks).
  • Expertise in Tailwind CSS (utility classes, responsive variants, dark mode, plugins).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Ability to convert Figma/PSD/Sketch files into pixel-perfect, production-grade code.
  • Hands-on experience with GSAP for building advanced UI/UX animations and transitions.
  • Familiarity with or other SSR/SSG frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of state management (Context API, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand).
  • Knowledge of backend fundamentals: , , REST APIs, GraphQL, and database basics (MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
  • Strong debugging and profiling skills using Chrome DevTools, React DevTools, and Lighthouse.
  • Comfortable with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Webpack, Vite, or Rollup for bundling and build optimization.
  • Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions, Vercel).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelines.
  • Understanding of design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Chakra UI, Material UI).
  • Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWAs), caching strategies, and service workers.
