We're Hiring: Upseller - Design Sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Upseller to join our sales team, specializing in the web and design domain. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and successfully upselling our services to both existing and prospective clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of web and design solutions, and the drive to consistently exceed sales targets.

Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Target: $10K – $15K

Salary: PKR 200K – 400K (Company-maintained car provided based on target achievement)

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

  • Upselling Services: Identify client needs and propose tailored web and design solutions that add value to their business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute upselling strategies to consistently meet or exceed a monthly sales target of $5K.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends to effectively highlight the benefits of our services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate terms and pricing, securing mutually beneficial deals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

Qualifications

  • Education: O/A Levels background preferred
  • Experience: Prior sales experience, especially in web and design, is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and craft customized solutions
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing sales
  • Familiarity with web design and development concepts
  • Target-oriented with a proven record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
