Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Monitor operations to ensure service quality, process compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement effective action plans.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in
    Operations Management
    within a
    BPO environment
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced night shift
    environment.
