Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support our office operations and manage website orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and process website orders, including order verification, fulfillment, and customer communication.

* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

* Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.

* Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.

* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

* Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory.

* Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.

* Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
