Job Title: Cold Caller (Avatar) – ACA Campaign (US Based)

We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller (Avatar) to join our team for our ACA campaign targeting the US market. Your main role will be to engage prospects through outbound calls, follow the script, qualify leads, and transfer interested callers to our licensed agents.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to US-based prospects

Follow the ACA campaign script and guidelines

Qualify leads based on campaign requirements

Maintain professionalism and clear communication

Update call logs and keep track of daily activity

Transfer eligible leads to the verification or sales team

What We're Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills

Confident on calls & comfortable speaking with US customers

Ability to stay consistent and meet daily targets

Prior call center or cold calling experience is a plus

Must have a quiet environment, stable internet, and good headset
