โข Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing outreach campaigns.
โข Manage and update content on WordPress websites to support marketing activities.
โข Develop and maintain detailed campaign schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
โข Gather campaign data from internal teams, analyze results, and prepare outcome-based reports.
โข Present campaign performance updates and briefings to management.
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, operations, sales) for seamless campaign execution.
โข Maintain structured documentation of campaign activities, data, and learnings.
โข Ensure campaign strategies align with organizational goals and outreach objectives.

โข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
โข 3โ5 years of experience in marketing coordination, outreach, or campaign management (mid-level).
โข Hands-on experience with WordPress (site updates, content management).
โข Strong expertise in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, dashboards).
โข Strong knowledge of WordPress for website/content management.
โข Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and campaign reporting.
โข Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
โข Strong communication and presentation skills.
โข Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead campaign execution.
โข Analytical mindset with attention to detail and results.
