We're a fast-growing dispatch/logistics company looking for a motivated Sales specialists to help scale our network and drive revenue. If you have a strong background in freight, logistics, or transportation sales — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads in freight, courier, or logistics services
  • Generating leads through social media, emails, and calls
  • Following up with interested clients professionally
  • Achieving monthly targets (with full support from our marketing team)
  • Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure delivery and service quality
  • Meet sales KPIs and revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Experience in logistics or freight sales (2+ years)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work during night shift hours (5 PM to 2 AM).
  • Knowledge of TMS or dispatch software (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
