We're Hiring – Mall Manager (LDS Mall, Jhang)
- Location: LDS Mall, Jhang
- Position: Mall Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee mall operations, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Coordinate with retail tenants and ensure compliance with policies
- Drive footfall and customer engagement through events and promotions
- Monitor budgets, revenue streams, and operational expenses
- Ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment
- Lead and supervise the mall's operational staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in mall/retail management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle tenant relations and operational challenges effectively
