Marketing & Sales Manager
to drive growth, manage client relationships, and oversee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Onboarding
  • Handle incoming client queries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Guide prospective clients through the sales funnel from initial contact to successful onboarding.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for new clients.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Marketing & Campaigns
  • Create, design, and manage marketing assets (presentations, brochures, case studies).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Manage Horizon&Co's online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, marketing ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve client acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in
    sales, client relationship management, and digital marketing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    B2B marketing, lead generation, and onboarding processes
    .
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, HubSpot/CRM tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between clients and internal teams.
  • Results-driven, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
