About the Role:

As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. Your expertise will help us deliver sustainable energy solutions that benefit our community and the environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in solar systems
  • Hands-on experience working with hybrid solar systems and energy management systems
  • Strong knowledge of load distribution, balancing, and system troubleshooting
  • Install, commission, and maintain solar power systems, including hybrid configurations
  • Monitor and optimize energy management systems for efficiency
  • Perform load analysis and ensure proper load distribution and balancing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system faults and technical issues
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained during all installation and maintenance activities
  • Document system performance and maintenance activities
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
