Role Description

The HR Augmentation Specialist/Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. This involves day-to-day tasks such as formulating HR strategies, handling HR issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Islamabad with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous consultancy experience is a plus
